I have the socio/political novel BoonDOGgle now out in print in hardback w/dust jacket, paperback, and eBook by all online booksellers including Amazon & Kindle, Barnes and Nobel & Nook, Walmart, Politics and Prose, Go to the webpage www.boonDOGgle.dog for more information. The basic dystopian theme is the we humans have killed ourselves off through war, racial injustice, societal upheaval, and pandemics among other causes, and with a higher level of intelligence at least for awhile Dogs rule the earth where every Dog has his day. The online Indie Reader says of BoonDOGgle,
"Richard Lord’s BoonDOGgle is a creative and interesting idea, with a solid crack at worldbuilding and a vigorous and lively style about what would happen if dogs developed human-level intelligence and took over the world."
President Biden writes, "I look forward to writing the next great chapter in American history with you," and my Congressman and Congressional Majority Leader Steny Hoyer writes,
“The themes you discussed are compelling and philosophical, and I thank you for your creative talents producing meaningful works for the community.”
I also am the webpage creator and administrator for "The Comprehensive Guide to the 7th District" www.7thDistrict.org of St. Mary's County, Maryland.
Words to Live By: From my college floorball experience I learned one very important life lesion, "When up against overwhelming odds of a more powerful force where you cannot win, make your opponent pay a higher price in winning than you pay in losing".
Love sitting on our porch with Nancy from our 1919 era home 75' from the water with a 3-sided wrap around porch w/roof, and also listening and watching Nancy sing & perform with her classic R'N'R bands.
